Abstract
[edit | edit source]- "To mark the forthcoming publication of Edinburgh: The Dorothy Dunnett Guide, we reprint an article first published in Whispering Gallery 69, 70 & 71, November 2000, February and May 2001." The author provides an overview of 15th-century Scotland, a brief history of the royal house of Stewart, and a speedy summary of major events that take place in the gap between the end of Gemini and the start of Game of Kings.
