Abstract
[edit | edit source]- What is the nature of a hero? Lymond is certainly a complex character and the reader seldom sees directly into Lymond's heart and mind. Throughout GOK the reader sees Lymond through the eyes of Will Scott, at times, a wastrel, a traitor, an outlaw, a womaniser, a bad son or a deceptive and manipulative cad.
