==Abstract==
* Mr. Peters first meeting with Dorothy Dunnett came when Alistair Dunnett asked him to accompany his wife to the cinema. He was a new recruit to the ''Daily Record'' and recently returned from his WW II at the Khyber Pass. This began a long friendship with the Peters and the Dunnetts. His tribute reads 'Dear Dorothy! She is always tremendous company. She possesses a bubbling personality. She is an industry in herself as she devotes herself to her busy, active life of writing and associated travel. She and her husband constituted a marvellous partnership in their marriage. They were also the perfect hosts at their beautiful and fascinating home'.
